LaJava Roasting House’s Perky Porter coffee is a result of local friendship and collaboration between the Owner/Roastmaster of LaJava and the Owner/Brewmaster of Stillmank Brewing Company, both of Green Bay WI. Stillmank was looking for a unique coffee to utilize in their brewing process of a new coffee porter and worked closely with LaJava in selecting what would become the Perky Porter coffee blend utilized in the Perky Porter milk chocolate beer. Enjoy this blend of medium and dark roasted coffees of Indonesia boasting a full body and light acidity with a marked earthy taste and a hint of chocolate.
