5. Freshness & Perishable Goods Policy

Coffee is a perishable product. Because we roast in small batches to maintain freshness, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: contact@lajavaroastinghouse.com

We may request photos of damaged items to process a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds & Returns

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect shipments
  • Defective merchandise

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened coffee or tea products
  • Used merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or private-label wholesale orders

7. Wholesale & Private Label Orders

Wholesale pricing, payment terms, and refund policies may vary based on signed agreements.

Private label or custom-roasted products are non-refundable unless defective.

Wholesale clients should refer to their specific agreement for terms.

If you enroll in a subscription service:

  • You authorize recurring charges according to your selected frequency
  • You may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing cycle
  • Subscription cancellations must be submitted before your order processes
